专利说明:

The invention disclosed herein relates to a hook in conjunction with an element to be inserted into the hook interior, the hook having an opening through which opening the element can be introduced into the hook interior.
When inserting an element in the hook this must be inserted through the opening in the hook inside. The invention disclosed in the following has the object to simplify the guiding of the element through the opening for the user.
The first subtask is achieved by positioning the element in a position adjacent to the opening. "
According to the invention, this is achieved in that a hook portion adjoining the opening comprises an adhesion element with an adhesion surface facing the element and / or the element comprises an adhesion element with an adhesion surface facing the hook region adjoining the opening, so that the element can be attached by the adhesion element the opening adjacent position is releasably held.
From the position adjacent to the opening, the user, while overcoming the adhesive force between the hook and the element, can insert the element into the hook interior.
The element may be a ring, an eyelet or a rope. Likewise, the element to be introduced may be another carabiner or another hook.
The adhesion element may be arranged in a hook portion, from which hook portion a detachable held on the adhesive element element can be moved by a substantially straight movement in the hook interior.
The user can apply with his hand a substantially straight motion on the element. The element following the substantially straight movement of the hand may slightly deviate from the substantially straight movement of the user's hand during insertion into the hook interior. In the main, however, the movement of the element of the movement of the user just follows.
The hook may comprise a first hook and loop fastener element as the adhesion element and the element may comprise a second hook-and-loop fastener element.
The hook may comprise an adhesive surface as an adhesive element.
The hook may comprise as adhesion element a first magnet with a first polarity, wherein the element may comprise a second magnet with a second polarity. The first
Polarity and the second polarity are different, so that the first magnet attracts the second magnet. The first magnet thus brings a situated in the field of action of the magnetic field second magnet in the adjacent to the opening position.
The invention also includes that the closure element is a magnet or the element to be introduced made of a magnetizable material.
The hook may comprise a movable closure element, which closure element closes the opening in its closed position, while the opening is open in an open position of the closure element for passing the element. .................................................. ........................
The closure element can be displaceable and / or rotatable relative to the hook. From the displaceability and / or rotatability of the closure element further adapted to the particular application movement forms of the closure element such as pivoting or flaps of the closure element for the expert can be derived. A hook comprising a closure element is known, for example, as a carabiner, shackle et cetera according to the prior art.
The adhesion element may be arranged on the closure element outside of the closure element or on the outside of the hook of the hook region adjacent to the opening.
When using a first magnet as an adhesion element, preferably only an element located outside the hook is attracted by the first magnet. An in-hook inside, thus already introduced into the hook element is not detected in such an arrangement of the first magnet of the magnetic effect of the first magnet.
The second sub-task of the invention is that the element located in a position adjoining the closure element can be introduced by force application onto the element and onto the hook into the hook interior. For this purpose, the adhesion element is preferably arranged in a hook region adjacent to the opening, so that the element can be moved from the adhesion element into the hook interior by a simple, substantially straight movement.
If the hook comprises a closure element, the user preferably does not have to displace the closure element in order to introduce the element. This provides the user with a simplification of the process of inserting the element, especially since the closure element is not as easily accessible as the hook or the element, depending on its size. The user can also apply a pulling force on the hook and the element via a rope connected to the element or hook.
The closure element may be rotatably mounted about a pivot point, which pivot point is spaced from the adjacent position. After positioning the element to be introduced into a position adjacent to the closure element, the user pulls the element to be introduced while rotating and thus opening the closure element into the hook interior. The force applied to the element by the pulling of the element causes a force moment, which force moment opens the rotatable closure element by turning.
The sliding closure element may have an inclined surface facing towards the inside of the hook in the adjacent position. The force applied by pulling the element to be introduced causes a displacement of the closure element from the closed position to the open position.
The closure element can be closed by a spring after the introduction of the element.
In the following figures, the following elements are indicated by the preceding reference numerals. The figures are merely illustrative of the subject matter of the invention. The figures are by no means limitative to the subject matter of the invention. 1 hook 2 closure element 3 element to be inserted 4 hook interior 5 closed position 6 opening position 7 hooking portion adjacent to the closure element 8 first magnet 9 second magnet 10 adjacent position 11 closure element outside 12 hook outside 13 ring 14 fulcrum 15 magnetic field 16 eye 17 opening 18 adhesion element 19 movement 20 tensile force
Figure 1 shows a first embodiment of the hook according to the invention in conjunction with a ring.
Figure 2 and Figure 3 show a second embodiment of the hook according to the invention comprising a rotatable closure element in conjunction with a ring.
FIG. 1 shows a view of a hook 1 in conjunction with an element 3 to be introduced into the hook interior 4. The element 3 to be introduced is a ring 13 in the embodiment shown in FIG.
The hook 1 has an opening 17, via which opening 17 of the ring 13 can be introduced into the hook interior 4. The hook interior 4 can be defined as that area of the hook 1 which is bounded by a bent region of the hook 1 and the opening 17. A befindliches in the hook 4 element 3 and the hook 1 can be mutually acted upon with a force.
The hook comprises an adhesion element 18, which adhesion element 18 is arranged in a hook portion 7 adjoining the opening 17. In the embodiment shown in Figure 1, the adhesive element is an adhesive surface through which adhesive surface - as shown in Figure 1 visible - the element is releasably held in a position adjacent to the opening 17 position 10. The adhesion element 18 is advantageously arranged in a hook portion 7, from which hook portion 7 an element detachably held on the adhesion element 3 can be moved by a straight movement 19 into the hook interior 4.
The skilled artisan will recognize that for the introduction of the ring 13 in the hook interior 4, the sizes of the ring 13 and the opening width must be mutually coordinated. FIG. 1 shows the advantageous case that the ring 13 is larger than the opening width of the hook 1.
FIG. 2 shows a three-dimensional view of a second embodiment of the hook 1 according to the invention comprising a closure element 2 in conjunction with a ring 13 as the element 3 to be inserted into the hook interior 4. The hook 1 and the closure element 2 rotatable about a pivot point 14 have the form a carabiner known in the art. The hook 1 further comprises an eyelet 16. Similar to a carabiner according to the prior art, the closure element 2 is movable from a closed position 5 shown in Figure 2 in an open position 6 shown in Figure 3. Of the
Hook 1 and the closure element 2 form a closed geometric shape, which closed form the hook interior 4 defines. An introduced into the hook inside element 4 3 can be removed only after opening the closure element 2 from the hook interior 4.
The closure element 2 comprises a first magnet 8 with a first polarity directed towards the element 3. The ring as the element 3 to be introduced comprises a magnetizable material as the second magnet 9 with a second polarity directed towards the closure element 2. The person skilled in the art selects the first polarity and the second polarity according to the conventional teaching so that the ring 13 is attracted as the element 3 to be introduced by the first magnet 8 into a position 10 adjacent to the closure element 2. The first magnet 8 and the second magnet 9 act as adhesion elements.
The embodiment shown in FIG. 2 is characterized in that the first magnet 8 is arranged on the closure element outer side 11. Thus, only one element 3, which is arranged adjacent to the closure element outer side 11, is detected by the action of the magnetic field 15. The effect of the magnetic field 15 does not extend sufficiently strong into the hook interior 4, so that an element 3 located in the hook interior 4 would be detected and would be pulled towards the closure element 2. As a result, the use of the carabiner with an element 3 located in the hooks 4 is not changed by the arrangement of the first magnet 8 in the closure element 2.
Figure 2 shows the ring 13 immediately before reaching the adjacent position 10, in which position 10, the ring 13 and the first magnet 8 touch. It is the position 10 in Figure 2 yet registered. FIG. 2 thus shows the moment in which the element 3 is moved into the position 10 adjacent to the closure element 2 by the magnetism.
FIG. 3 shows the embodiment of the hook 1 shown in FIG. 2, comprising a closure element 2 during insertion of the element 3 into the hook interior 4 by a straight movement 19. The closure element 3 and the hook 1 located in the open position 6 are through an opening 17 spaced, through which opening 17, the element 3 is introduced into the hook interior 4.
The closure element 2 is rotatably mounted about a pivot point 14, which pivot point 14 is spaced from the adjacent position 10. As a result of a tensile force 20, which acts on the one hand on the eye and on the other hand on the ring 13, a torque force is generated, which moves the closure element from the closed position shown in Figure 2 in the open position shown in Figure 3. The ring 13 is inserted through the opening 17 in the hook inside overcoming the between the first magnet 8 and the second magnet 9
Magnetic field pulled. The movement 19 applied to the ring 13 from position 10 to the hook interior 4 is linear, i. the movement 19 is hindered by any elements of the hook 1.
The closure element is further coupled to a spring, not shown in FIG. 2 and FIG. 3, which spring moves the closure element from the open position 6 into the closed position 5 after insertion of the element.
